Hit the jackpot
To the Editor:
I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Mr. Patrick Integlia, president of All Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning Inc., and Vice President Denise Manfredlo.
On Wednesday, Jan. 2, with an outside temperature reading of 9 degrees, I arrived home from work and turned up the heat only to discover the pilot light was out. I began a two hour search for help in the yellow pages under Heating Contractors. After calling numerous companies, including large
well known companies as well as small lesser known companies, I was refused service (since I didn't have a service contract?) and the majority of the people were rude and unprofessional.
I "hit the jackpot" so to speak, when I noticed the ad for All Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning, with the picture of Patrick Integlia and his children. I contacted the company @ (401) 232-2422 and spoke with Denise Manfredo. explained my problem and my inability to get assistance from other companies. Ms. Manfredo took my information and contacted Mr. Integlia, who was eating dinner at a restaurant. He responded to my call and arrived at my home within a half-hour. He was courteous and professional and quickly fixed the problem with the pilot
light at no charge!
I was extremely grateful for this act of kindness. He helped get my New Year off to a good star!
